You know your experience is going to be great when the people are as sweet as the pastries they’re selling.

I had the chance to drop into the new location of Jenny’s Bakery in Friendswood, TX.

Jenny has been creating cakes for over 30 years and her passion for making beautiful, delicious treats is evident.

Jenny's Bakery is still a small family owned business and now has two locations including the original, in Nassau Bay, and the new, second location Friendswood.

When you walk in the shop you will immediately notice rows of beautiful, colorful cake balls and pastries in a crystal clear glass case. They almost look too beautiful to eat! Notice I said almost! Adjacent to this case is another large glass case filled with beautifully decorated cupcakes and other pastries just waiting to be eaten.

An assortment of cake designs and cake toppers are tucked into the cubbies that fill the wall. My son made a bee line to the cake balls and I went to check out the to the cookies and cupcakes. We picked out some pastries and man were they delicious!
